COFFMAN RODS LIMITED WARRANTY
For a rod to qualify for the Limited Warranty Program, Repairs and the No Questions Asked Rod Replacement Coverage, the customer must register their rod by filling out the Warranty Registraion form below.
Limited Warranty:
All “Production” made Coffman Rods are covered under a limited warranty agianst defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 years for the original owner. For damage caused in manufacturing or component defects, Coffman Rods will, at the company’s discretion, repair or replace the rod at no charge. Shipping to Coffman Rods is not covered, but return shipping will be. Please email info@coffmanrods.com for assistance with a limited warranty claim.
Repairs:
For repairs that do not fall within the limited warranty coverage (broken/bent guides, reel seats and/or handles due to accidental damage by the customer), the customer will need to email pictures of which part(s) they wish to be repaired along with their order number in the subject line of the email to info@coffmanrods.com. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs to Coffman Rods to be processed for repairs and a $50 minimum repair fee will be charged to process the repair(s). If cost for the repair(s) and return shipping back to the customer is more than the $50 minimum, a fair cost to process the repair(s) will be discussed by a Coffman Rods representative with the customer.
No Questions Asked Rod Replacement Coverage (Breakage Only):
For rods that cannot be repaired due to blank breakage, will be repalced, one time, for a fee of $100, plus shipping charge(s). We don’t care how the rod broke, thats why we call it “No Questions Asked”. This service is available one (1) time for the original purchaser on each purchased rod. Upon reciept of the broken rod, the customer will be contacted by a Coffman Rods representative to process the rod replacement. For further questions, please email info@coffmanrods.com.
Coffman Rods will accept returns on rod orders within 30 days of the original owners’ date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new Coffman Rod, you may return it to us for a full refund. Upon receipt of your return, the rod(s) will be inspected for damage/alterations and the customer will be contacted by a Coffman Rods representative to process the return and refund. If there is any damage to the rod(s) or alterations made that will inhibit quality, performace or the ability for Coffman Rods to be able to re-sell the rod as “new”, a re-stocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be deducted form the refund.
